Yes solid but OMG this thing is HEAVY

Solid, nice paint, I wanted a heavy duty dolly and got it but SHEESH it is so heavy.. The listing here says it is 35 pounds on it's own and man, I believe it. I may be grabbing a cheap and light $45 harbor freight Dolly just to move this one (jk).
